In October 2003 SMK Capital Partners through it's ​affiliates acquired the office building and parking ​garage at 1110 Brickell Ave , Miami Florida


1100 the Office building was renovated and ​succefully converted into an office condo and the ​garage was demolished and the Bond Brickell a ​400,000 sqft luxury residential condo tower was ​sold and built at 1080 Brickell.

1680 Michigan Ave ​Miami Beach

In 2004 SMK Capital Partners acquired ​the 11 story 82,000 sqft office building ​and adjacant land at 1680 Michigan ​Ave.in Miami Beach. The office building ​was renovated and sold out as an office ​condo and the adjacent land was ​designed and approved for a 4 story ​building and sold.
